How long does it take to get my package?

Depending on the country of your origin it can take from 5 to 14 working days for your order to arrive. We are striving to send your order the same day as you place it, in case when that is not possible we will let you know about eventual delays.

What shipping methods are available?

We are working with Dutch Royal Post, Croatian Postal Service and DPD as main couriers.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do, all parcels are sent with Track & Trace option so you can follow your order.

Can I get a refund?

In rare cases where you are not satisfied with the item received, you can receive a refund upon successful return of the item (return shipping will come at your own cost), Item should be in the same condition as you have received it.

How can I change my order?

In case you change your mind and would like to cancel or change your order, please reach out using the contact form and we will make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes, you can send us a request using the contact form and let us know what name you would like the ticket to be transferred to and we will do it for you.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Yes, you can receive a refund for your ticket up until two weeks before the event, due to the processing costs of refunds we can only refund you the ticket value excluding the transaction costs of the payment gateway you used for your purchase. To request a refund please use the contact form.

What type of tickets do you sell?
