The face value of a ticket and other items is set without transaction fees including taxes (VAT). The ticket and other items cost is the face value plus the transaction fee. We have to do this to help us cover the cost of transactions made through payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, IDEAL etc.), credit card commissions and all the other costs associated with running our business. The actual amount we charge per transaction is what we are being charged with by payment gateways. The total ammount is charged at the checkout. We do not charge you with transaction fees per item, taxes (VAT) are included in the price of each ticket and item.
